Updated CIMA and Registry Fees Now in Effect

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and General Registry have implemented updated government fees for select services, effective 1 January 2025.

These updates include the introduction of new fees and adjustments to existing ones, some of which had remained unchanged for over a decade. The changes were developed following extensive consultation with industry stakeholders and approved by Parliament on 9 December 2024.

The fee revisions are supported by amendments to the following legislative acts and regulations:
