This training presents findings of the 2019 sector specific risk assessment for Trust and Corporate Services Providers (TCSPs). It covers the purpose and background of the assessment, including the methodology used, the definition of TCSPs, the context of CIMA’s compliance sectoral risk assessments, a summary of inherent risks, the sector’s overall risk rating and key information to allow licensees and regulated entities to enhance their own approach for managing and mitigating ML/TF risks.
