He served as a Senior Manager, at CIBC FirstCaribbean, where he led initiatives to enhance technology risk management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies.

With a strong background in network infrastructure, IT operations, and enterprise technology management, Mr. Singh has been instrumental in developing strategic frameworks for technology optimisation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making. His expertise includes technology risk assessment, IT policy development, vendor management, and business continuity planning, enabling organizations to enhance efficiency and maintain operational resilience.
