Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd - Provisional Liquidation
RE: PREMIER ASSURANCE GROUP SPC LTD – In Provisional Liquidation
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("the Authority") wishes to advise the public that on the 27 October 2020, Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd. (“Premier”) was placed into provisional liquidation with Messrs Jeffrey Stower and Jason Robinson of the firm KPMG Cayman Islands appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”).
Messrs Jeffrey Stower and Jason Robinson were the Joint Controllers of Premier as appointed by the Authority on 14 September 2020.
