The public is advised that effective 18 July 2019 the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("the Authority") appointed Mr. Kenneth Krys and Ms. Angela Barkhouse ("the Controllers") of the firm Krys Global to assume control of the affairs of ONETRADEX LTD. ("the Company") pursuant to Section 17(2A)(h) of the Securities Investment Business Law (2019 Revision) (as amended by the Securities Investment Business Amendment Law, 2019).
Effective with this appointment, the Controllers assumed immediate control of the affairs of the Company and have all the powers necessary to administer the affairs of the Company including power to terminate the securities investment business of the Company. The Controllers are also responsible for assessing the financial position of the Company and submitting a report to the Authority by a specified date.
