Private Fund Audit Requirement - Extension

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (the “Authority”) advises that the filing due date of the Private Fund FAR (PFR-049-77) and RFE form (RFE-050-77) (collectively the “Forms”) has been extended to 31 October 2021.

All private funds registered with the Authority that have a 2020 financial year-end or a 2021 financial year-end, up to 31 March 2021, are required to submit the Forms by the aforementioned deadline. No further extensions to the filing deadline will be granted for private funds with these financial year-ends.
