New Funds Laws FAQs Update

Further to our previous notice dated 3 March 2020, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has recently issued additional frequently asked questions relating to the registration process and ongoing requirements for Private Funds. A full list of frequently asked questions in reference to the new funds laws can be found here under the sub-heading ‘Private Funds Law 2020’ and ‘Mutual Funds (Amendments) Law 2020’, respectively. Both sections will be updated as required.
