Mutual Funds Registrations - New REEFS Form Now Live

 The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority is advising of an update to the process of registering a Limited Investor Fund. Applications can now be submitted by using the form APP-101-78 (“the Form”) in the REEFS Portal. 

Effective 1 November 2020, applications to register Limited Investor Funds will only be accepted/processed using the Form. The Authority will continue to accept the registration applications via email until that date. 

Please also note that local cheques or escrow payments are the payment methods accepted for the relevant application fee(s)1 .
