As set out in the relevant Acts and Regulations, all CIMA-regulated entities are required to pay prescribed licence application/initial registration fees and annual renewal fees.

All annual fees are payable by 15 January each year.

Payment Instructions

Note: All fees quoted are in Cayman Islands dollars (CI$). The conversion rate to be used for payment in United States dollars (US$) is 0.82 (US$1.00 = CI$ 0.82).

Payment may be made by cheque or draft drawn on a local commercial bank, US$ wire transfer, domestic transfer or International Money Order/draft.

Cheques should be made payable to the Cayman Islands Government and remitted to:
