Launch of User Experience Survey - REEFS Reporting Portal

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA") is committed to enhancing the services provided through our Regulatory Enhanced Electronic Forms Submission (REEFS) reporting portal. In our continuous efforts to improve the user experience and address any challenges faced by our users, we are launching a comprehensive User Experience Survey.

The survey aims to gather valuable insights from all entities utilising the REEFS portal. Your participation is crucial in helping us identify key areas for improvement and ensuring that the portal meets your needs effectively.

The survey will cover various aspects of the REEFS portal, including:

•        Frequency and primary tasks of REEFS usage

•        Satisfaction with user experience and functionality

•        Challenges encountered while using the portal

•        Suggestions for improvements to the features and interface of the reporting portal

•        Feedback on training and support received with regards to the use of REEFs portal
