Filing of Audited Financial Statements and Fund Annual Return Form for Funds

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“the Authority”) is aware of the current system issue affecting the filing of audited financial statements and the FAR form for Funds with a financial year end ("FYE") of 31 December 2022. Note that for Funds that are now ready to file, but are unable to do so as a result of the system issue, no penalties will be levied for late filing. As such, the filing rows will be made available through the Authority’s REEFS Portal http://reefs.cimaconnect.com up to 30 September 2023.

Funds with FYEs falling subsequent to 31 December 2022 are still obligated to file within six (6) months of the FYE or submit an extension request and pay the requisite fee.
