Domestic Cooperation

In an effort to enhance mutual cooperation and information exchange in the carrying out of various functions and duties, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) has entered into memoranda of understanding and protocols with several Cayman Islands public sector and industry bodies:

• Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants
• RCIPS, DPP, Anti-Corruption Comm, Customs, DCI, General Registry
• National Pensions Office 
• Cayman Islands Stock Exchange
• Financial Services Council - Protocol
• Health Insurance Commission
• Financial Reporting Authority

CIMA also collaborates with industry through a formalised private sector consultation process.
