Collectors Items

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority offers special collectible items, in addition to its numismatic coin programmes. These include circulating coin collection set and uncirculated banknotes.

The 1996 and 1999 circulating coin collection set souvenir booklets contain all four denominations of the circulating coins sealed in blister packs. The booklets are colourfully decorated with pictures of local scenery and general information about the islands, as well as descriptions of the coins.

For collectors of paper money, uncirculated banknotes may be purchased at face value. These notes are sold individually, and there are a limited number of low serial number complete sets. For a list of available items, contact our Curency Division here.
