The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA” or the “Authority”) is conducting a survey to collect important feedback on the Strix portal. Your input is crucial in helping the Authority enhance the portal's functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
The survey is designed to gather insights on several key areas, including the frequency of your portal usage, your specific user roles and responsibilities, and the average time it takes to complete your submissions. It will also seek to identify any technical issues you may have encountered, such as difficulties with saving or submitting forms, and invite suggestions for improvements to make the portal more intuitive and efficient. Additionally, feedback on the quality of support services provided by CIMA staff and the usefulness of the Completion Guidance will be gathered to help refine these resources.
Survey Distribution and Submission Deadline
The survey will be distributed by the Authority on 3 February 2025. A link to the survey will be sent to all relevant Strix users from AMLSurveys@cima.ky.
The deadline for survey submissions is 17 February 2025 at 5:00 PM.
